Trial Offer for 50Plus Anyone Harte Yoga is Ideal for Students of ANY Age New to Yoga who may be nervous about their first Yoga class. Session 1: Wednesday: September 5,12,19,26 Session 1: Thursday: September 6,13,20,27 $30 PER SESSION Intermediate, Advanced Monday 9:30-11:15 September 3,10,24 (no class 17th) October 1,8,15,22,29 Beginners Yoga-50 Plus and Continuing Beginners Wednesday 5:30-7:15 September 5,12,19,26 October 3,10,17,24,31 Beginners Yoga-50 Plus and Continuing Beginners Thursday 9:30-11:15 September 6,13,20,27 October 4,11,18,25 A discounted fee is given for those that prepay for the 2-month session. You can make up classes, DURING this time. If you know that you will be missing some classes, or you prefer to pay as you go, you can pay the drop in rate of $15.00 per class. Dear Yoga Friends,
It might just be the perfect time to begin, or to restart your yoga practice. I offer 3 weekly yoga classes, that are held at the Yoga Studio at Everything Natural. I am a certified yoga instructor at the E500 (RYT) level and have been teaching yoga for 38 years. Most importantly, I am a devoted, lifelong student of the deeper teachings of the practice of yoga. I continuously study with many master Iyengar yoga teachers to expand my own personal practice. I incorporate relaxation techniques, asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), restorative poses, adjustments, and meditation practices into each lesson plan. Props (blankets, straps, blocks, walls, bolsters, chairs, eyebags etc.) are used to help students access and deepen their poses. I use my skills as a speech/language pathologist to individualize instruction to meet the needs of those that are present. I encourage you to experience the fantastic benefits of a regular practice of yoga. Yoga is deeply transformative. Physically, improvement in strength, flexibility, and balance is likely. Mentally, the mind becomes more still and silent, as you awaken to your essential nature which is peaceful, and full of joy. You can decide from the classes listed below, what might best suit you. You can also come, and try out different classes to sense where you feel most comfortable. Some students choose to attend more than 1 class per week to accelerate their progress. If something prevents you from coming to your regularly chosen class, you can simply come to a class on one of the other days. If I happen to cancel a class, I will adjust the schedule.
