Close your eyes and pretend you're on the French Riviera.
Diet Type: Vegetarian
  • 1 cup black Greek olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoon drained Capers
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh whole grain bread crumbs
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 small french baguette
  • Serves: 6
    Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
    In a food processor, combine olives, Capers, oil, Thyme, garlic and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped. Add breadcrumbs and pulse just until mixed. Season with pepper and additional lemon juice, if desired. Spread on toasted slices of baguette. The baguette is not included in the nutrition analysis.
